About Al Furjan
Al Furjan is a developing area located in the Jebel Ali District between Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. It covers an area of 560 hectares. The main developer of the project is Nakheel.
The first phase of the development was completed in 2014, and it included 800 villas and 335 apartments. Al Furjan is located near the EXPO 2020 site, which prompted the construction of new residential properties. The area is expected to be finished in 2022.
